The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “In Pursuit of Innovation” was held in Córdoba, Spain, from 1 to 8 October 2025, bringing together young participants from Spain, Türkiye, Poland, Georgia, and Hungary. Poland Equal Rights Association participated in the project as a partner organization. Through a diverse range of activities focused on entrepreneurship, creativity, cultural awareness, and sustainability, participants gained valuable knowledge, practical skills, and international experience while collaborating with peers from different cultural backgrounds.
The project encouraged creativity and self-expression through activities such as “My Song,” where participants explored the fundamentals of music, rhythm, and melody creation. Working in small groups, they developed original musical pieces and shared them with others, strengthening their creativity, teamwork, and communication skills. These interactive sessions created an enjoyable learning environment that promoted cultural exchange and helped participants build stronger relationships within the group.
Participants also took part in the Art and Culture Hackathon planning sessions, where they explored entrepreneurial opportunities in inclusive art, digital art, and ecological art. Through brainstorming, research, group discussions, and collaborative planning, young people developed innovative project ideas that combined artistic expression with social impact. In addition, risk management and problem-solving workshops provided practical knowledge on identifying challenges, evaluating risks, and developing effective solutions, helping participants strengthen their strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
Entrepreneurship and personal development were further supported through the screening of the inspirational film “Julie & Julia.” By analyzing the characters’ journeys, motivations, and challenges, participants reflected on perseverance, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. The discussions that followed encouraged critical thinking and helped participants connect the lessons from the film to their own personal and professional aspirations.
The cultural dimension of the project was highlighted through the Hungarian Folk Motif Bags workshop. Participants learned about traditional Hungarian folk art and sustainability while transforming reusable cloth bags into unique artistic creations decorated with traditional motifs. This hands-on activity combined environmental awareness, cultural learning, and artistic creativity. Together with daily evaluation sessions that promoted reflection, feedback, and continuous improvement, these activities enabled participants to enhance their entrepreneurial mindset, creative skills, cultural awareness, and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
