The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “In Pursuit of Innovation” (2025-1-ES02-KA152-YOU-000298240), in which Poland Equal Rights Association participated as a partner organization, took place in Córdoba, Spain, from 1 to 8 October 2025. Bringing together young people from Spain, Türkiye, Poland, Georgia, and Hungary, the project offered valuable learning opportunities in entrepreneurship, creativity, intercultural awareness, and personal development. Through a variety of interactive activities, participants enhanced their innovative thinking skills while exchanging experiences in an international environment.
As part of the program, the Body Language Game enabled participants to explore the power of non-verbal communication. Working in teams, young people expressed different concepts using only body language, discovering alternative ways of conveying messages and emotions. The activity strengthened observation, empathy, and self-expression skills while providing a fun and engaging learning experience. This was followed by the Youthpass Assessment session, where participants reflected on the knowledge and competences they had gained throughout the project. By evaluating their progress in areas such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and cultural awareness, participants developed a deeper understanding of their personal learning journey.
The evaluation phase of the Art and Culture Hackathon provided an opportunity for participants to present the creative ideas and prototypes they had developed during the project. Through presentations and peer feedback sessions, participants gained valuable insights into their projects and learned how constructive criticism can contribute to improvement and innovation. The process enhanced their communication, teamwork, project management, and critical thinking skills while highlighting the importance of collaboration in developing entrepreneurial ideas.
Another important activity was the Cultural-Entrepreneurial City Tour in Córdoba, which introduced participants to the city’s rich historical and cultural heritage. Visits to landmarks such as the Mezquita-Catedral, Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, the Jewish Quarter, and the Roman Bridge allowed participants to explore how culture, history, and local identity can inspire entrepreneurial thinking. By observing local examples of creativity and cultural entrepreneurship, participants generated new ideas that could be integrated into their own projects and future initiatives.
The final stage of the project included a comprehensive evaluation meeting, the distribution of Youthpass certificates, and a closing celebration. Participants reflected on their experiences, discussed the skills they had developed, and identified lessons that could be applied to future projects. The certificate ceremony officially recognized their learning achievements, while the farewell gathering strengthened friendships and international connections formed throughout the exchange. As a result, the project successfully combined creativity, entrepreneurship, and intercultural learning, leaving participants with lasting memories, valuable competences, and inspiration for future initiatives.
