The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange project “In Pursuit of Innovation” was held in Córdoba, Spain, from 1 to 8 October 2025, bringing together young participants from Spain, Türkiye, Poland, Georgia, and Hungary. Poland Equal Rights Association participated in the project as a partner organization. Throughout the exchange, participants engaged in a variety of activities designed to strengthen entrepreneurial thinking, digital competencies, cultural awareness, communication skills, and creativity through practical and interactive learning experiences.

One of the first activities encouraged participants to create digital local avatars that reflected their cultural identities. By incorporating traditional clothing, symbols, and cultural elements into their designs, participants explored ways of expressing their heritage through digital art. This activity not only enhanced creativity and digital literacy but also promoted mutual understanding as participants shared their avatars and learned about the traditions and identities of other countries represented in the project.

The project further focused on entrepreneurship through Business Model Canvas training and Elevator Pitch workshops. Participants learned how to transform ideas into structured business concepts, identify key elements of sustainable projects, and develop effective strategies for presenting their initiatives. Through practical exercises, group discussions, and presentation sessions, young people strengthened their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while gaining confidence in presenting innovative ideas to different audiences.

Marketing Strategies sessions expanded participants’ understanding of how successful projects reach and engage their target audiences. Through case studies, brainstorming activities, and collaborative work, participants explored market analysis, positioning, and strategic communication techniques. These activities helped them connect entrepreneurial ideas with practical implementation methods and provided valuable insights into promoting projects effectively in both local and international contexts.

Cultural learning remained a central element of the exchange through activities such as the Cultural Mosaic workshop and the Polish Amber Jewelry workshop. Participants worked together to create artistic representations of their cultures using mosaic techniques and recycled materials, highlighting unity through diversity. They also explored Poland’s cultural heritage by learning about amber jewelry making and creating their own handcrafted pieces. Combined with daily reflection and evaluation sessions using the Ishikawa method, these activities fostered cultural appreciation, critical thinking, collaboration, and self-reflection. By the end of the project, participants had gained valuable entrepreneurial knowledge, artistic experience, intercultural competencies, and stronger connections with young people from across Europe.
